Mango Mint Ice-cream



Ingredients

Pulp of 2 Mangoes
A handful of mint leaves
1 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup condensed milk

Method

Blend together pulp of 2 Mangoes and mint leaves.
Whisk in the cream and condensed milk until the mixture is creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a freezer safe container and freeze until set.
Serve garnished with a sprig of mint.
