Caramelized Banana Ice-cream


Ingredients
4-5 ripe bananas
1 tbsp butter
3-4 tbsp honey
1/2 TSP cinnamon powder
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 1/2 cups fresh cream

Method

Slit the bananas lengthwise.
Heat a flat bottomed pan on low heat and smear with butter.
Place the banana slices, cut side down on the pan.
Drizzle with honey mixed with cinnamon.
Cook on low heat until the banana slices caramelize on one side. Then flip over and caramelize.


Once both sides are caramelized, remove from the pan.
Place the caramelized banana slices in a mixing bowl and mash coarsely with the back of a fork.
After it has cooled down to room temperature, add the condensed milk and fresh cream.
Whip the mixture for 4-5 minutes.
Pour this mixture into a freezer safe container. Cover with lid and freeze overnight.
Serve with caramel sauce or warm brownies.
