Veggie-Fruit Juice

Nutritional Value: Watermelon is not only great on a hot summer day, this delectable thirst-quencher may also help quench the inflammation that contributes to conditions like asthma, arteriosclerosis, diabetes, colon cancer, and arthritis.
Orange is rich in Vitamin C.
Carrots are high in Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Potassium, Thiamin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate and Manganese. They r ideal for maintaining optimum health & weight loss.



Ingredients
1 cup watermelon(cut in pieces)
1 orange

8-10 baby carrots

1 tsp sugar/honey

2 tbsp crushed ice




Method

Put all ingredients except sugar/honey into a juicer till all the juice is extracted.

Add sugar/honey to taste.

Serve chilled.
