Raspberry - Marshmallow Icecream


Ingredients

1 pkt raspberry jelly mix
2 cups cream (cold)
1 tin condensed milk
A handful of marshmallows ( I've used fruit flavored marshmallows that I've chopped into small bits)

Method

Prepare jelly as per instructions on the package. Let it cool to room temperature until semi-set.
Pour in the condensed milk and cream. Make sure that the cream is cold.
Whip together for a few minutes till its a creamy mixture.
Pour into a freezer safe container and freeze overnight.
When the ice-cream is semi-set, fold in the marshmallows.
Serve with sprinkles.
