Vanilla Icecream with Jelly



This is a simple dessert that you can make on the weekend.
I have used instant Jelly mix (Strawberry and Pineapple flavors)

Ingredients for Ice-Cream

2 cups fresh cream
1/2 - 3/4 cup condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

Whip the cream until soft peaks are formed. Fold in the condensed milk and vanilla extract.
Pour into a freezer safe container and freeze overnite.

Prepare the jelly according to the instructions on the package. Pour into a container and set in the refrigerator.

Serve the icecream with jelly garnished with a cherry.
