Ingredients
10 oz Baking chocolate bar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
a pinch of salt
Method
Roughly chop the chocolate bar. Melt together butter & chopped chocolate on very low heat till melted.
Cool for a few mins & then add the eggs one at a time & whisk quickly to prevent the eggs from getting cooked into scrambled eggs.
Once the eggs are completely whisked into the chocolate mixture, mix in the sugar, salt & vanilla.
Fold in the flour a little at a time into the mixture. Once the flour is completely folded into the mixture, fold in the semi-sweet & white chocolate chips.
Bake in a 325F pre-heated oven for 25-30 mins.
Cool completely before cutting into squares. Enjoy!!!
