Ingredients
1 cup Badam (Almonds)
1/4 cup Pista (Pistachios)
3-4 tbsp of sugar candy crystals(kalkand)
1 tsp saffron
Method
Dry roast badam & pista till the badam turns light brown.
Cool & powder together with sugar crystals & saffron. Grind the roasted nuts as fine as possible.
Note: Take care to Only Pulse the roasted nuts in the food processor/mixer. Continuous grinding will release the natural oils and make the mixture sticky.

To make Badam Milk:- Add 1-2 tsp of this powder to milk.
Serve hot/cold.
