Method
Peel 2 raw bananas & slice them thin. Soak them for 15-20 mins in cold water with turmeric powder & salt.
Remove from water & dry well with a paper towel.
Deep fry in hot oil (dropping 1 piece at a time so that they dont stick together) till golden brown.
Remove & drain excess oil on a paper towel.
Store in an air-tight container.
