Penne Pasta with Garlic bread


Ingredients
2 cups Penne

3-4 cloves of garlic(finely chopped)

2 tomatoes

1 tsp dried/fresh parsley

1/4 cup grated mozarella cheese

salt & pepper to taste

2tsp oil


Method

Boil 4 cups water & add the pasta. Cook for 8-10 mins till the pasta is cooked. Drain & set aside.

Heat oil in a pan & saute garlic. Take care not to burn it or the dish will taste bitter.

Add finely chopped tomatoes. Cover & cook on medium heat for a few mins.

Add cooked pasta & mix well. Sprinkle parsley,grated cheese,salt & pepper & mix well.

Cook for a few mins till the cheese melts.

Serve hot with garlic bread.
