Chocolate Caramel Squares


Ingredients

8-10 Spring roll wrappers
Chocolate chips
Chopped chocolate (dark and milk)
Chopped Walnuts
1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
1/4 cup melted butter 

Method

Preheat oven to 170°c.
Mix together chocolate chips, chopped chocolate and chopped walnuts to get 1 cup of filling.
Smear melted butter on a baking tray.
Lay one sheet of spring roll wrapper. Brush with a layer of butter. Top with the 2nd layer of the spring roll wrapper.
Sprinkle with the chocolate and nut mixture.
Drizzle with some caramel sauce.
Repeat the layers 2 more times.
Drizzle caramel sauce on the top layer.
Bake in a preheated 170°c oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
Cut into squares and serve warm with ice-cream.
