Homemade Veggie Pizza

Pizza is an alltime favorite with kids & adults. Homemade pizza is nutritious , delicious & easy on ur wallet.
Try this simple homemade recipe today.....
Ingredients & Preparation
For the dough
1 cup all purpose flour/wheat flour

1 pkt active dry yeast

salt to taste

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water. Allow to activate for 10 mins.

Take flour in a bowl,add salt to taste.

Add warm water with yeast & knead to form a soft dough.

Set aside for an hr.

When the dough rises, knead again & set aside for another hour. Then the dough is ready to use.


For the pizza
1 cup veggies (chopped)
(mushroom, babycorn,olives,red onion)You could use the veggies of ur choice.

2-3 tsp tomato ketchup

1/4 cup shredded mozarella cheese

1 tsp ground pepper

1 tsp chilli flakes.

Roll the pizza dough to desired size using a rolling pin.


Spread tomato ketchup as the first layer.

The 2nd layer will be the chopped veggies.


Top with mozarella cheese.

Sprinkle some pepper & chilli flakes.

Bake in 425F pre-heated oven for 18-20 mins.

Cut into slices & Serve immediately.
