Carrot - Soya Chappathi


Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup soya flour
2 cups shredded carrot
salt to taste
warm water for kneading the dough

Method

Knead together all ingredients into a soft dough.

Divide the dough into lemon sized balls. Roll one ball at time on a lightly floured surface to the size of a chappathi.

Cook on a hot griddle till both sides are cooked & smear with ghee.


Serve hot with pickle.
