Fruit Parfait


1 cup chopped fruit (use seasonal fruits or canned fruits)
1 pkt vanilla pudding mix
1 pkt Jell-O
caramalized nuts


Prepare vanilla pudding & Jell-O as per package instructions & chill for 1-2 hrs

Spoon in 2-3 tsp chopped fruit into tall parfait glasses. Spoon in prepared Jell-O over the fruit & then vanilla pudding. Repeat layers.

Finally top with caramalized nuts.

Caramalized Nuts: Cook 1/2 cup sugar on medium heat. When it begins to caramalize, add chopped nuts. Remove from heat & pour onto a greased plate. When it cools, crush with a rolling pin.
