Banana Butterscotch Cake


Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
2 bananas

1/2 cup butterscotch chips

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup butter (softened)

1/4 cup milk

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs


Method

In a bowl, mix together flour,sugar & baking powder. Puree the bananas. In a bowl beat the eggs till fluffy,to it add pureed banana,milk,butter & vanilla extract & blend well. Add this to the dry mixture. Light blend all the ingredients together. Add the butterscotch chips & mix.


Pre-heat an oven to 400F. Pour the batter in a cake pan,sprinkle with butterscotch chips & bake for 15-18 mins.

Remove from oven, cool & cut into squares.

Serve at tea-time.
