Mulagai Bhajji ( Deep fried Green chilli )

Ingredients
8-10 big green chillies

1/2 cup besan (gram flour)

1 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp amchur

salt to taste

Oil to deep fry

Chaat masala to garnish


Method

Wash & dry green chillies. Make 2-3 small slits in them.

Make a thick batter with besan, chilli powder, amchur, salt & water (as required).

Heat oil for deep frying.
Coat green chillies with the batter & deep fry 2-3 at a time on medium heat till golden brown.
Remove & drain excess oil on kitchen tissue.

Lightly sprinkle with chaat masala & serve hot.
