Oatmeal Almond Cookies


1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup oatmeal (powdered using a food processor)
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 stick of butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
a handful of chopped almonds
a handful of white & milk chocolate chips


Mix together the dry ingredients together in a bowl.

Cream together sugar & butter. Beat in the eggs & milk. Add the vanilla essence & mix well.

Fold in the wet ingredients together with the dry ingredients.

Finally fold in the chopped almonds & chocolate chips.

Drop spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet leaving 2 inch space between each of them.

Bake in a 350F pre-heated oven for 20 - 25 mins.

Remove when it turns golden brown & cool & store in an airtight container.
