Ingredients
Pastry sheets (they are available in the frozen section in Supermarkets)
For the filling
1 potato (boiled, peeled & mashed)
1 bowl half cooked vegetables (carrot,peas,beans & cauliflower)
1 onion finely chopped
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
salt to taste
1-2 tsp oil
Method
Saute finely chopped onion in a pan. When the onions turn pink, add the dry spices & saute for 2-3 mins.
Add all the half-cooked veggies & mashed potato.
Mix well & saute for a few mins & turn off heat.
Cut a pastry sheet into 2. Roll out into 1mm thickness.
Place 1 tbsp of filling in the middle.

Close & seal the sides.
Bake in a 300F oven for approx. 10 mins or till it turns golden brown.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
