Pudina (Mint) Chutney


a bunch of Mint leaves ( cleaned )
a few coriander(cilantro) leaves
3-4 green chillies
1 tsp tamarind paste
2-3 tbsp of curd (plain yoghurt)
Salt to taste

Grind the first 4 ingredients together. Add yoghurt & salt & mix well.
Serve with pulao/chappathi.
