Chinese Veg. Noodles


1 cup Egg Noodles

Vegetables to be cut in long strips
(Carrots, Capsicum, Cabbage & red onions)

a bunch of spring onions finely chopped

1/2 tsp finely ground pepper

1 tsp tomato ketchup

1/2 tsp soya sauce

1 1/2 tsp Thai style chili sauce

1 tsp oil

salt to taste


Boil 2 cups of water. Add the egg noodles & salt to taste & boil for a few mins. Turn off heat, drain & set aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Add the veggies & saute for a few mins.

Add the cooked noodles & saute.

Add the sauces, pepper & salt (if required) & saute on med-high heat for a few mins stirring constantly.
Serve hot with ketchup.
