Ingredients
2 cups milk (whole or skimmed)
2 tsp plain yoghurt
Method
Boil milk in a pan. When it boils, turn off the heat. Pour into a bowl.
Add 2 tsp plain yoghurt & mix well.
Place in an oven overnight with the oven light turned on.(The oven light will keep the oven warm & help the yoghurt set faster.)
The yoghurt will be ready by morning.
