2 ripe, sweet mangoes (peel and seed removed)
1 litre full cream milk
1 cup condensed milk
2-3 tbsp crushed nuts (optional)
2-3 tsp lemon juice
Boil milk in a saucepan. Turn off the heat and add the lemon juice. Stir well.
Wait till the milk curdles and strain the liquid from the milk solids/paneer.
Set this aside for about an hour till all the liquid has been strained out.
Remove the mango skin and seed from the mangoes and cut the fruit into bite sized pieces.
Add mango pieces, paneer/milk solids and condensed milk into a blender.
Blend well till you get a smooth creamy mixture.
Fold in crushed nuts.
Pour this mixture into kulfi moulds and set in the freezer overnight.
Unmould the next day and serve garnished with dry fruits and nuts.
