Carrot Milkshake

The unusually warm spring weather tempted me to make something yummy &  nutritious to cool us down.

3-4 medium sized carrots (peeled & cut into small pieces)
1/2 cup condensed milk
2 cups cold low-fat milk
sugar as required

Steam the peeled & cut carrot till it is soft & cooked. Let this cool down for a while.

Blend together steamed carrots till completely pureed. Add condensed milk & low-fat milk & blend adding sugar as required.

Pour into tall glasses & serve cold.
