Idichakka Fry



Ingredients

1 small green jackfruit (Idichakka) cleaned & cut into small pieces
salt & red chilli powder to taste
oil for deep frying

Method

Deep fry the cut jackfruit pieces in hot oil till brown & crisp. Sprinkle with salt & chilli powder.

Serve with rice.

Store left-overs in an airtight container.
