Spicy Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

4-5 potatoes (peeled & cubed)
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp amchur (dry mango powder)
1/2 tsp kasoori methi (dried methi leaves)
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil

Method

Boil the peeled & cubed potatoes in water till half-cooked or tender. Remove from water & cool.

Transfer cooled potatoes into a bowl. Add the oil, salt & spices.

Toss well to coat the potatoes with the oil & spices.

Roast in a 425F pre-heated oven for 20-25 mins.

Serve hot with roti or rice.
