Choco Coconut Macaroons



Ingredients
2 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1/4 tsp salt

Method
Preheat oven to 325F

Empty the condensed milk into a bowl. Add the shredded coconut & cocoa. Mix well.

Beat together egg whites & sugar till stiff.

Carefully fold in the egg whites into the coconut mixture.

Drop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-30 mins.

Cool & Serve.
