Badam Milk


1 cup Badam (Almonds)

1/4 cup Pista (Pistachios)

3-4 tbsp of sugar candy crystals(kalkand)

1 tsp saffron


Soak badam in hot water for 1/2 - 1 hr. Peel off skin & dry the badam with a paper towel.

Dry roast badam & pista till the badam turns light brown.

Cool & powder together with sugar crystals & saffron. The powder should be very fine.

Store in an airtight container.

To make Badam Milk:- Add 1-2 tsp of this powder to milk.

Serve hot/cold.
