Paneer Tikka


200 gms paneer

1 big onion

1 green pepper

1-2 tomatoes

1/4 cup yoghurt

3-4 green chillies

a small bunch of coriander leaves

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp amchur(dry mango powder)

salt to taste

1-2 tsp oil


Cube the paneer & cut the veggies into medium sized pieces.

Coarsely grind green chillies & coriander leaves. Add this,salt & other spices to the yoghurt. Mix well.

Marinate the paneer & veggies with the yoghurt for 1 hr.

Pre-heat oven to 400F.

Place the veggies & paneer in a row on a sheet of aluminium foil alternating paneer & veggies.
Wrap the veggies & paneer in the aluminium foil.

Bake for 10-15 mins.

Serve hot.
